WHV is seeking a highly motivated, skilled and dynamic woman to manage our gender equality in advertising project during a period of parental leave. This exciting and ambitious project aims to transform ad industry culture, empower the community and strengthen regulation to promote gender equality and prevent violence against women in and through advertising.

The project is at an important juncture as we prepare for the launch of our strategic framework for gender equality in advertising, project website and digital engagement strategy.

The successful candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder relationship-building and communication skills, and expertise in the prevention of violence against women and promotion of gender equity. Experience in digital engagement and/or working in or with the media and advertising industries would be beneficial.

This role is a full-time parental leave position, initially until mid-February 2021. Subject to confirmation of funding, the position may be extended.
