Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) is a state-wide women’s health promotion, advocacy and support service with a proud history of over 25 years. We are an independent, feminist, not-for-profit organisation. We advocate and build system capacity for a gendered approach to health that reduces inequalities and improves health outcomes for women.
WHV is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic woman to review and update the quality management framework including organisational policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and other organisational documentation and support the organisation to meet COVID safe requirements as it reopens its offices in 2021.
You will have a strong understanding of legislation in Industrial Relations, HR and Occupational Health and Safety; Previous experience in policy writing and documentation processes; Strong understanding of continuous improvement frameworks and good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
