Service Delivery Coordinator

Are you an experienced and organised professional with experience coordinating and delivering programs and services in the social services sector? Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver on our exciting new strategic plan to drive gender equity in health!

WHV is a statewide, feminist, not-for-profit leading the pursuit of gender equity in health. We work with government, the health sector and the community to create better health outcomes for women (cis and trans inclusive) and gender diverse people.

Service Delivery Coordinator

In this new role, you’ll report directly to the Quality & Delivery Lead, to support WHV’s quality frameworks, improve service outcomes, ensure compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement, working in close collaboration with our Evidence & Capacity Building team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and coordination of WHV’s capacity building programs.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and service users, managing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise training delivery processes such as efficient scheduling, resource allocation and participant tracking to support seamless coordination.
  • Coordination of the business development of service delivery including but not limited to, quoting activities and establishing training / license agreements with oversight from the Quality and Delivery Lead.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of service delivery activities, client records and program outcomes, including maintaining up-to-date service user data in relevant systems.

Amongst other selection criteria, as an ideal candidate, you’ll have:

  • Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, program management or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years coordinating or delivering services in a not-for-profit, community, social services setting or related area
