About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Systems Coordinator to work with the Business Manager to deliver financial and IT systems support to the organisation.
Whilst coordinating and administering financial records and systems, you will establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure WHV’s business operations run smoothly.
About you
With significant experience in finance and systems, you enjoy engaging with others to enhance business operations. As the Finance and Systems Coordinator, you will operate within a supportive and structured environment and will need to:
- Coordinate and maintain financial records, systems, and processes
- Have strong knowledge, experience and understanding of business systems, including MYOB
- Have an understanding of financial compliance and legislation
- Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Have an understanding and commitment to a feminist framework
