Women’s Health Victoria (WHV) is a state-wide women’s health promotion, advocacy and support service. We are an independent, feminist, not-for-profit organisation. WHV delivers 1800 My Options - Victoria’s sexual and reproductive health information service.

About 1800 My Options

We talk to people about contraception, pregnancy options (including abortion) and sexual health, connecting people with the services they need. We are a free, pro-choice, confidential phone and website service.

About the role

We are seeking new members to join our team – as either part time or casual bank Senior Information and Resource Officers. This role responds to incoming calls and online enquiries to the 1800 My Options service, meeting the SRH needs of Victorians and other callers such as health professionals, carers or support services. They provide mutual debriefing on shift, and undertake project work including health promotion to support the service.

Salary

The position is classified as a Level 3 and attracts a salary of $88,703  pro rata.  WHV Enterprise Agreement 2018 conditions and salary apply.  In addition, employer superannuation guarantee and access to salary packaging applies.
