Building capacity to create safe and supportive workplaces

This three and a half hour workshop is designed to build the capacity of workplaces to support their employees who are experiencing family violence. Disclosures of family violence are common after or during violence prevention training and/or workplace change programs. 

This workshop is designed for managers, human resources/people and culture staff, or individuals in family violence contact/support roles and will assist them to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure their employees are safe and supported in the workplace.

This training aims to:

  • Increases participants' understanding and confidence to manage disclosures of family violence
  • Builds participants' skill to develop and implement a family violence policy
  • Provides you with practical tools to create a safe and supportive workplace.

    This training is designed to be delivered to workplace managers, human resource professionals and family violence contact staff.

    Cost:

    Full fee $125:00 (excluding GST)
    Concession $85:00  (excluding GST)
